How do Caddix cleats fit?
Cleat sizing differs by model. For wider feet, we recommend ordering a half size up.

Are your cleats available in men’s and women’s sizing?
Yes our sizing runs according to model specificity, but you can reference our size chart for conversions.

What surface are the cleats designed for?
Caddix cleats are engineered for natural grass and turf surfaces. 

Are replacement studs available?
No, SmartStuds™ are not replaceable. Like all cleats, once wear occurs, you’ll need a new pair. 

Can I customize my cleats?
We do not offer customization at this time. More colors and designs are in the works!

Do you offer youth sizes?
Youth sizing is coming soon! Stay tuned for release updates by subscribing to our newsletter.

What makes Caddix cleats different?
Caddix cleats are built to reduce lower-body stress with patented SmartStuds™ technology. Only SmartStuds™ flex under extreme loads to help reduce rotational stress on the knees and ankles. Additionally, we offer gender specific models, designed to improve fit and comfort for the user.

Who helped design or test your cleats?
Our products are athlete-tested and co-developed with elite football, lacrosse and women’s soccer athletes.

Are these cleats approved for NCAA or NFHS play?
Yes, all models meet NCAA and NFHS equipment regulations.


 

📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Our free standard shipping within the U.S. arrives to you in 3–8 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Fridays will ship the next business day.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse located in Baltimore, MD.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Most orders can be modified or canceled within a few hours of purchase. Once we begin fulfillment, we can’t guarantee changes. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you if it’s possible.


 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn products in original packaging. Worn and dirty pairs may be returned for a partial refund.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns Portal to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label via email.

Do I need original packaging?
Yes, all returns must include the original packaging.

Are returns free?
Returns that meet our return criteria are free. If your return does not meet the criteria, a return fee will be deducted from your refund.

How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Do you offer discount codes or team pricing?
Yes — we offer team pricing for bulk orders. For bulk or team orders, please reach out to teamsales@caddix.com.

Can multiple discount codes be used on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Do you offer athlete or coach discounts?
Eligible athletes, coaches, and teams can apply to be Caddix partners. Reach out to info@caddix.com for partnership inquiries.


🧼 Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my cleats?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth after use. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water — avoid harsh chemicals.

Can I wash them in a washing machine?
No, we recommend hand-cleaning only to maintain the integrity of the materials.

How should I store them between games?
Allow cleats to fully air dry and store them in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in your bag or car for extended periods.
