At Caddix, we work hard to provide reliable shipping at a fair and competitive rate. Our shipping prices are based directly on the rates we receive as a company, and we continuously evaluate and adjust them to reflect actual costs as accurately as possible.

As we grow, expand our capabilities, and increase our shipping volume, our goal is to pass those efficiencies along to you. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

We currently offer flat rate shipping for all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are also available via our website. For inquiries on additional expedited shipping rates, please contact fulfillment@caddix.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, UAE, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, UK, Hong Kong, SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore. 

International shipping rates are based on the destination.  We do our best to provide live rates on your international orders to ensure shipping costs are minimized.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Caddix is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
