We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

My son recently had meniscus surgery over spring break. He’s been taking it slow during the summer sessions and is now cleared to start doing more active footwork on the field. Caddix cleats were suggested by his coach. I did my research and saw all the great reviews. Im here to add one more great review! These cleats are a game changer for anyone recovering from knee surgery and honestly anyone who wants to avoid one. They’re certainly not miracle cleats that are going to stop every knee injury from happening, but the technology is definitely moving in the right direction. I highly recommend these cleats to any athlete who plays on grass or turf in any sport. My son will be wearing these when he gets accepted to college and probably during his NFL career. Remember the name Tyler Gebbia. Future NFL wide receiver!!!
So I bought these cleats for my son this year due to having an ACL and meniscus reconstruction from last year. He also had a non-contact ACL tear and was looking for something to help him get back to sport. I’m a physical therapist and I’m looking to tell others about this product . My son seems to really like these cleats thus far. I amthinking about getting a pair for my younger son who plays football as well.I would like to see the cost be reduced so that more athletes could get a chance to wear these cleats. So far, I’m impressed with this product.
