This Notice to California Residents ("Notice") supplements the Caddix, Inc. ("Caddix," "we," "us," or "our") Privacy Policy. This Notice applies solely to residents of the State of California and is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA").

As defined by the CCPA, Caddix may have “sold” and/or “shared”, or may in the future “sell” and/or “share”, the following categories of personal information in the preceding 12 months for the purpose of engaging in advertising and marketing activities:

·       Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing and search history)

These categories have been shared with business and marketing partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Caddix does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:

Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information and the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise this right by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our website footer.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to only those purposes necessary to provide the services you have requested.

Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a request by:

·       Clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our website footer (for opt-out requests)

We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of your written authorization and verification of your identity.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Global Privacy Control

Caddix recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA.

"Shine the Light" Law

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us at support@caddix.com.
